My experience with G-FIT was full of support and encouragement
- The exercise plan gave me a blueprint of what I needed to do and gave me a sense of mission whenever I stepped into the gym. My diet plan was catered around the food that I like. I was educated more on how to become more effective when it comes to my nutrition such as how sleep, water intake, importance of cardio, and many more topics all play a critical role in overall wellness. Any time I had questions my coach would respond back almost immediately. I’ve formed more connections and friendships throughout the fitness community in Winnipeg because I feel like I was sharing something in common with everyone else which is the desire to get better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

- Since I’m dealing with customers on a daily basis, I needed to make sure that I was on top of my game everyday and not only did I have consistent levels of energy but also my mood was better and my relationships have improved significantly. Overall, Anthony has been so supportive every step of the way. Checking in to see how I’m feeling, measuring the progress, sending words of encouragement.
